  • 8 oz egg noodles (or gluten-free noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for vegan)
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
