Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a large, oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
