Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta noodles (any shape)
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese, mixing until well combined.
  7. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the turkey and potato mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
  8. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
