Ingredients:

  • 250g tagliatelle pasta
  • 150g cooked ham, diced
  • 200ml whole milk
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
