Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for strict paleo)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  2. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese, heavy cream, thyme, and oregano. Mix well until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
