Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces penne rigate
  • 1 cup cooked homestyle chili
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bacon bites
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
