Ingredients:

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
