Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped mushrooms, sautéing until the mushrooms are tender and any liquid has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the sautéed mushrooms and half of the shredded cheese into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  8. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
