Creamy Shin Ramyun with Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Shin Ramyun noodles
  • 1 seasoning packet from Shin Ramyun
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the Shin Ramyun noodles and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the seasoning packet and add the sliced mushrooms.
  4. Pour in the 300 ml of milk and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked and the broth is creamy.
  5. If using, crack an egg into the pot and stir gently to create ribbons of egg.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and soy sauce, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
