Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles (without masala)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. In a separate pot, melt the butter and add cumin seeds. Once they start to sizzle, add the turmeric and red chili powder, stirring for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the Maggi noodles to the pot and stir to coat them with the spice mixture.
  4. Pour the simmering milk into the pot with the noodles and stir well. Cook for about 2 minutes until the noodles are soft and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
