Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
