  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup salami, sliced
  • 2 cups pasta (penne or fusilli work well)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
