Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cream
  • 1 cup (150 g) mushrooms, sliced (e.g., cremini or button)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions:
