Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • 2 slices of turkey bacon
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
