Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until wings are golden and crispy.
  4. While the wings are cooking, prepare the honey garlic glaze. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the honey garlic glaze over them. Toss until wings are well coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
