Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 pita wraps
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
