Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Marinara sauce for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
