Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh mulberry leaves, washed and dried
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
