Curried Ramen with Varren Meat and Herbed Feta

Ingredients:

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 300g Varren meat, diced
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Tummy-Tingling Tuchanka Sauce
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 100g herbed feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  2. Add the diced Varren meat to the pot and brown on all sides.
  3. Stir in the curry powder and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cubed potatoes, broth, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  5. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Once the potatoes are cooked, stir in the Tummy-Tingling Tuchanka Sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. To serve, place a portion of ramen noodles in a bowl, ladle the curried Varren meat and potato mixture over the noodles, and top with crumbled herbed feta cheese.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
