Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, and sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
