  • 8 oz whole wheat spaghetti
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
