Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced dill pickles, red onion, and celery.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over. Toss to combine thoroughly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
