Ingredients:

  • 1 hoagie roll
  • 4 oz smoked turkey breast, sliced
  • 4 oz Virginia honey ham, sliced
  • 2 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the hoagie roll lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  3. Layer the smoked turkey breast and Virginia honey ham inside the roll.
  4. Place the provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Wrap the sub in aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  6. While the sub is heating, mix the yellow mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  7. Once the sub is heated, remove it from the oven and carefully unwrap it.
  8. Spread the mustard-mayo mixture on the inside of the roll.
  9. Add the shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then close the sandwich and serve immediately.
