Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed fruits (mango, pineapple, apple, and banana)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 pre-made pizza cone shell
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed fruits, curry powder, olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Toss until the fruit is well coated in the spice mixture.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Place the pizza cone shell on a baking tray and fill it with the spiced fruit mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cone is crispy and the fruit is warmed through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
