Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
