Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
