Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough over to seal it, pinching the edges together.
  5. Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and chopped parsley.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
