Ingredients:

  • 200g noodles (preferably udon or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella, shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of bread (for topping, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, gochujang, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and half of the shredded cheese to the egg mixture, stirring gently to combine.
