Ingredients:

  • 2 whole squirrels, cleaned and dressed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
