Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1 medium head broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in chopped cauliflower and broccoli, followed by beef broth, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
