Ingredients:

  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 6 ounces sliced ham
  • 6 ounces sliced cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into individual triangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on each triangle.
  4. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and chives, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle tightly towards the point.
  7. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
