Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, butternut squash, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
