Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, sliced potatoes, sliced onion, and chopped cabbage.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, thyme, and parsley.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ham and vegetables, and toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and pour the chicken broth over the top.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is slightly golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
