Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup red beans, cooked
  • 1 cup black beans, cooked
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic, and sauté until they are soft and fragrant.
