Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped herbs, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
