Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, minced garlic, thyme, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Set up a breading station: place flour in one shallow dish, beaten egg in another, and the breadcrumb mixture in a third.
  4. Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
