Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
