Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
