Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
