Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 medium cauliflower, grated into rice-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in this mixture.
