  • 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fig preserves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
