Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
