Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of honey, barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Set aside once done.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
