Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
