Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, honey, and dried lavender. Heat over medium heat until the honey dissolves completely.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the lavender steep for about 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the lavender flowers.
  4. Add the remaining 3 cups of water and fresh lemon juice to the pitcher, stirring to combine.
  5. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
