Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.
