  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
