Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  2. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toasted bread and Dijon mustard on the other.
