  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional for flavor)
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
