Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme), chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and melted butter or coconut oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. If using, fold in the chopped herbs.
  5. Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
